One month before the Wedding

Write place cards when guest have replied to invitations or have calligrapher write them for you

Have Calligrapher make wedding reception seating plan or make self.

Have Calligrapher make Church seating plan or make self

Finalise numbers and menu with hotel/caterers as soon as possible.

Meet with photographer and videographer to finalise arrangements.

Check all travel arrangements to and from the church with the Chauffeuring Company.

If self-catering order wine, foods etc.

Send out Thank-you note lets – ones ready printed or write own when gifts received.

Book accommodation for any guests who may wish to stay overnight

Inform bank, building society of brides change of name

Arrange for wedding announcement in newspaper.
