Attention To Detail:
Your Toastmaster will:
* Arrive at the venue prior to your guests to check all the arrangements on your behalf.
* Laise with organisers, caterers, photographers, etc.
* Greet and direct the host(s) and guest upon arrival.
* Arrange the receiving line and introduce guests.
* Announce meals.
*Announce and leads in the top table..
* Anounce and lead in the Bride and Groom.
* Say Grace.
* Announce speakers, Toasts and other ceremonies as required.
* Ensure all relevant duties are included.
* Assist wih the cutting of the cake.
